Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address stated on your Etsy invoice unless otherwise indicated via "Note to Seller" at checkout. If the address is incorrect buyers are responsible for re-shipping fees after the item has been returned back to us.

Standard Free Shipping:
Standard free shipping will be shipped with; International Registered Airmail service, this includes online tracking and requires a signature from the recipient upon delivery. Signature confirmation is to protect both the buyer and seller in any unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking numbers and links are sent via Etsy email notification to the *email address you have registered with Etsy. Depending on the type of email account sometimes these emails may be found in your spam or junk mail folders.
Shipping is handled by governmental postal companies in each country (E.G: USPS within the U.S, Canada Post in Canada, etc).

Frequently asked questions
Shipping & Packaging
All orders are shipped from Turkey. All items big or small, are wrapped with lots of tender loving care to ensure its safe arrival to their new home. To make their journey even more comfortable we also pop them protective bubble mailers.
EXPRESS Shipping
Express shipping options are available upon checkout, please select which shipping option you require before completing the purchase. Etsy will automatically calculate the combined shipping costs accordingly.
Express shipping: 3-5 business days.
Please select the correct express option based on your location. For example:
If you reside in the US please select: USA, CANADA, MEXICO: UPS Express
Standard Free Shipping
Your order will be shipped with; Registered Airmail, this includes tracking and requires a signature from the recipient upon delivery.
Once your package has been mailed the tracking number will be entered into Etsy.
Your package will require a recipient signature to validate it has arrived at its destination and protect both the buyer and seller in any unforeseen circumstances.
Post services will not release Registered Airmail without a recipient signature. If the recipient is not present at your address upon delivery, a notice will be left requesting action.
Since it is out of our control we cannot be held responsible of loss, stolen or delayed packages. We can help with tracking & investigations.
Return packages
We will contact you if your package returns back to us. Provide a photo of the package and an explanation for the reason of return (based on details written upon package).
If the package indicates it was unclaimed, un-deliverable or invalid address the reshipping fees are the buyers' responsibility. We can provide items refund minus original shipping fees upon request.
LOST packages are VERY RARE! If an order is undelivered the post office will return the package back to us (the sender). Refunds / Re-sending for 'lost' shipments will ONLY be made after 60 days from the original ship date.
